Just a little update on Penelope. She is doing wonderful. She is finally acting like a dog that is loved, cared for, and extremely greatful to be out of such a horribe situation (you can see it in her eyes) .We see a fabulous difference in her personality everyday. Even though her recovery is slow she is doing great.
Her Doctors and her new foster family are taking wonderful care of her. In fact we think her new fosterparents are going to adopt her.
